Salon KM – Cancellation Policy Effective: January 1, 2025 At Salon KM, your appointment is reserved especially for you. We understand that life happens, but out of respect for our time and other guests, we kindly ask that you review and honor our cancellation policy. ⸻ + Appointment Cancellations • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service total. ⸻ + No-Shows • Guests who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service total. • Two or more no-shows may require full prepayment for future appointments. ⸻ + Late Arrivals • Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or adjust the service, and a fee may still apply. ⸻ + Prepaid Services & Packages • Missed or late-canceled appointments associated with prepaid services or packages will be forfeited. ⸻ + Respecting Time & Space Our goal is to create a serene and professional environment for all guests.
